Carlingo approached us with a brief to create a fresh new website for their brand new business. It demanded a clean design and wanted to stand out from the crowd – looking like your typical car dealership just wasn’t on the agenda, so we got to work…
Making the magic happen
Eye-catching design and standout imagery is a must with our websites – who wants to look at boring text-filled pages that you’re never going to read. A website needs to do what it says on the tin; if it’s been created to sell cars, then that’s its primary purpose. This is where Carlingo has got it right.
Clean in design, good to look at and responsive by its nature (sounds like a dream date!), the Carlingo website boasts cars that speak for themselves. As stated on the ‘Why Carlingo’ page, the company says “We want to help you buy a car, not sell you one” which is a great attitude to have.
Dynamic in functionality and performance, there’s no frills or fluffy stuff when it comes to presentation. Sometimes it’s the simple things in life which work best, and sometimes you just want to get straight to the point – and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. It’s what the Carlingo website is all about – it not only makes a point, but it gets to the point too and looks good in the process.
Websites designed to defy bounce rates
What do you look for in a website? For us, it needs to capture your imagination from the moment you land on the homepage. Far too many websites have too high of a homepage bounce rate, so the first step to a successful site is ensuring the user stays put.
