Laura Coleby Named Finalist in Two Categories at the Women in Motor Industry Awards 2026

August 26, 2026

Our CEO and Founder is officially shortlisted for Online Platform Champion and Supplier Inspirational Leader of the Year

Back in May, we told you that our CEO and Founder, Laura Coleby, had been nominated for not one, not two, but three categories at the Women in Motor Industry Awards 2026.

Today, we’re excited and proud to share that Laura has officially been named a finalist in two of those three categories:

🏆 Online Platform Champion

🏆 Supplier Inspirational Leader of the Year

From hundreds of nominations across the sector this year, Laura is now shortlisted alongside some of the most respected names in automotive. In our tenth anniversary year, that’s a milestone worth celebrating twice over. Congratulations, Laura!

Celebrating Women in the Motor Industry

Organised by Motor Trader and returning for its second year on Wednesday 2 December at the Hilton Bankside in London, the Women in Motor Industry Awards celebrate the exceptional women shaping the automotive sector.

These are women who’ve broken barriers, served as genuine role models, and are actively advancing gender equality in an industry that’s long overdue for change.

We’re beyond proud to see Laura’s name on that list, not once, but twice!

Shortlisted for Online Platform Champion Award

This award celebrates a woman who has made a significant impact in the development, management, or innovation of digital platforms within the motor industry.

From e-commerce and lead generation to digital customer experience and content, the award recognises the people shaping the future of automotive engagement online.

Laura founded 67 Degrees on that vision. It was a vision that automotive dealers deserved better digital experiences for their dealerships, and the right platform could be the difference between a browser and a buyer.

Shortlisted for Supplier Inspirational Leader of the Year Award

This award celebrates a woman leading with excellence, vision, and compassion. And we know first-hand that building a specialist automotive agency from the ground up takes more than technical knowledge. It takes the kind of leadership that brings people with you.

Laura has built a team that genuinely cares, a culture where performance and personality sit side by side, and a business that dealers trust not just to build their websites, but to invest in their success.

Reaction From Laura and the Team

Laura’s not one to take the credit alone, so we asked her, and a few of the women who help shape 67 Degrees alongside her, what the shortlist means to them.

Laura Coleby, CEO and Founder of 67 Degrees, reacted: “To be nominated alongside so many remarkable women in our industry is an incredible feeling. This isn’t really mine to take credit for, as I believe it belongs to the whole team who live our values every day, and the dealers who put their trust in us.”

Lauren Ambrose, Operations Director at 67 Degrees, said: “In a traditionally male-dominated industry, Laura had the courage to found this business and the resilience to grow it into a respected one. And she’s brought her whole team with her every step of the way.”

Susie Ancell, Client Services Lead at 67 Degrees, who has been with the company since its early days, added: “Laura has this incredible ability to lift people, to make them believe in themselves, and to bring out the very best in everyone around her. As a woman leading in what remains a male-dominated industry, she’s a true role model, not just for us, but for every woman working in automotive.”

A Milestone Year, Made Even Better

Laura’s shortlisting lands in the middle of a tenth anniversary year that’s already been full of highlights for us, absolutely making it one to remember.

This year, we achieved an independently measured Net Promoter Score of 88, celebrated nine consecutive years as Website Provider for Independent Dealers at the Car Dealer Power Awards, and our own Susie Ancell was crowned Supplier Customer Service Champion at the AM Awards. What a birthday gift!

We’ll be cheering Laura on at the Women in Motor Industry Awards 2026, which take place on Wednesday 2 December at the Hilton Bankside, London. Good luck to all the other shortlisted ladies! View the full list of finalists here.
