About the dealership


Humphries & Parks is a multi award-winning dealership offering up to 100 hand selected, pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models. The franchise is proud to have been awarded ‘Electric Vehicle Approval’ by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles for its wealth of knowledge on hybrid and electric cars, and commercial vehicles.

The Kent-based dealership has been and always will be a family run company which prides itself on treating customers and our team members as part of the ever-growing H&P family.

The Brief

Having been in business for over 70 years, Kent-based franchise dealer Humphries & Parks required a website that reflected its incredible reputation for selling quality used cars.

To help drive the business forward, Humphries & Parks wanted to warmly welcome its customers online to the established and trusted brand which is the UK’s oldest Mitsubishi dealership.

Through custom design, Humphries & Parks’ stock needed to be visually appealing, presented in a clear and concise manner, whilst incorporating the dealership’s red, white and black branding throughout the website.

It goes without saying that the site had to be highly responsive on desktop and mobile devices, whilst presenting the dealer’s range of aftersales services to their fullest potential.

How it's going

If ever a dealership told a story through its website, then Humphries & Parks goes to the head of the class. The dealership’s award-winning customer experience is apparent as soon as you land on the homepage, enhanced by the friendly and personable design throughout the site.

Well-presented vehicle stock pages allow individual vehicles to stand out, supported by key snippets of information upon first look. Drill down into each piece of stock and a gallery of full-width images is complemented by clean-looking graphic-led boxes of information, followed by further details about each vehicle.

Brand colours are seamlessly integrated throughout all of the pages within the website and the dealership’s excellent reputation is confirmed by customer testimonials, supported by easy access to trusted review platforms.
