The Brief from Wilsons was simple; they wanted to be one of the first franchise groups in the UK that had a full end-to-end buying journey for their customers. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit at the end of 2019, this proved the perfect opportunity for the plug-in to be integrated on their new website.
Wilsons also wanted an eye-catching homepage featuring drone footage that showed off their huge multi-franchise site in Epsom Surrey, as well as displaying the vast amount of new and used stock available.
In short, Wilsons wanted their new website to perform even better than their existing one. As a business, they were keen to attract more visitors from the local area, directing people to browse their new and used cars online.
During a time when the nation was in a series of strict lockdowns, it was imperative that customers were encouraged to reserve and purchase a vehicle entirely online. Our team of expert designers and developers got to work on creating a bespoke website to fit all the requirements Wilsons had.
The new website is visually engaging and seamlessly brings together the Wilsons brand alongside its vast offering of partner manufacturers. It’s a site that’s easy to navigate and takes customers on a journey through Wilsons various franchises and associated products. New and used cars are well presented and vehicle details are clear to understand for consumers, as is the reserve now or buy online options.
